This post was in request of Fiona. Even though there is nothing much to blog about, I will just talk about stuff to keep ME interested. Yes ME.

Yes i just sneezed again. The weather is like freaking cold and I just woke up. And dam I hate it when my sinus acts up again, makes me sneeze non-stop. *sniff*

And I have a new cube! YAY! I think this new cube will take me awhile to get used to, because the speed cube/DIY cube will burst if played too quickly. I need professional help. (just sneezed again. dam.)

OH lets talk about school today. School today was fine actually. *sniff* Played too much chess liao I think I am going to go mad. I played 3 matches with Gilbert, 1 with Winston, 2 with Zhao Kai, and about 4 with YiLiang and about 3 more with others. Making the same opening move kills me. *sniff* Hai. I do think that Hong Rui is right. Playing chess does help you to become better. Haha. Yay win. *sniff*

And today we had spring cleaning. Nothing much but I must comment that our class did a pretty good job with our class walls and scrubbing them, especially with our whiteboard. Haha good job all you guys of 3D. Really did a good job today. *claps*

Um and.. Oh well guess I have nothing much to blog about. Um. *thinks* um. Nothing much bah I just want to say I also like piano music. It doesnt matter if its midi i guess, cos im listening to a lot of it now.

Mm feeling much better now considered i got 3.2 for chinese. Now my gpa doesnt change.

Well i guess the hardest part of my results wasnt me but how my family took it, especially my parents. Sigh. I removed the section on request of my father for using an f-word. =)

EEEEEEE no way in my life have i ever felt so BAD.

I could just break down now since im feeling so sad.

My dad was right. Earlier today i smsed him telling him not to help me buy the iPhone lol cos 3.6 cmi liao. He then called me again later and asked me why I did so badly after I have already gotten over it. It kept me thinking all the way home again.

Why do I work so hard? I work so hard because I want every challenge I face to be a real test of my ability, and not just with a combination of skill and luck. My current gpa is definitely NOT a real test of my ability, I just couldnt do well enough. Ahh.

Just take Maths today. I was in such high hopes of getting 4.0 for maths by getting above 64/80 for maths. Instead I was left with a 55.5/80, thats not even 70% for eoy. Why do I get such lousy marks? Is it because my study methods are wrong? Is it because I just cannot score higher?

I dont know, really. Since primary school my results were never impressed me. They never seemed to come out as what I have expected. WHY?

As this title suggests, this post is for me to reflect upon what I have done. I am 15 and I can reflect on my own studies. I am definitely independent and I have tried to become more hardworking. Why is it that I cannot get the results I want?

In RI, we often see many crazy people that get obscenely high GPAs. Like Barry 3.92 or Andrew 3.91. Even Samuel sitting beside me gets 3.68, or 4.0 for his Physics, Chem, Bio and Maths. I dont blame these people for doing so well, or rather I cannot. Its just sometimes I dont feel that I really belong in my current class.

My history teacher Mrs Doreen Ang came to tell me that I didnt study when she gave my paper back to me. True i got 23/40. But in what way is that not studying? I mean like come on madam I did study its just that I cannot understand how to write a proper essay for history. What is it with the education system to not teach pupils like me skills to write proper essays but rather test after test after test to test my mediocre essay writing skills?

Sigh. My dad often told me that if I had already put in my best I can not worry about the results for i know I have done well enough. I mean, what first he tells me that, and now he comes and asks why i havent done well enough just because my subjects dropped.

Well then, do you seriously think that I dont want a 3.6 overall? I mean come on man Ive changed! Who doesnt want as high a gpa they can achieve in RI now? Surely you do not need to double stab me again when I know I have already not done well enough?

I dont know I really dont know Im really at a lost now. What I am supposed to get a gpa of 3.6 but now i cant get it and i feel all zi4 bei1 now? I mean COME ON! I want a life too!

Im sad. I dont know but i feel really sad now. Sigh.

Again i stress that I have already tried to do my best, but its just that i cannot seem to do it and no one is helping me. I just have to learn from others and see how I can improve on my results.

I once learnt that, our studies now help to determine our range of choices that we can make, therefore the better our results, the wider the range of our choices. I guess even though it doesnt matter now this is just a warm-up round for me to do much better next year.

Math 55.5/80. 73% overall --> 3.6
History 23/40. 65% overall --> 3.2
MEP 61.5/70 overall 84% --> 4.0

Here, that concludes my overall gpa of 3.42. Its low, but thats my gpa for the year.

Hello mr. khoo! It was nice having you as my hcl teacher. Honestly my attitude for chinese started slackening in terms 2 and 3 but it was you who inspired me to work so much harder for my eoy. And you proved that chinese was easy to learn! Thank you so much I wont forget the remedial lesssons you gave me during the dmp period. Thank you!

Hi teachers! Yes you two have been amazingly kind to me this year, contributing greatly to my GPA! I sincerely want to thank Ms. Shen for being such an amazingly nice teacher. I have really learnt a lot from you this year. I hope that you can continue to be so kind next year. xD THANK YOU BOTH!

Now right, everywhere i turn i see people with 4.0s for their Bio and Chem even though i dont take Bio. Take for example Samuel who has 4.0 for all 3 sciences. How gay is that?!

Hai. Yuxin has now a Chem 4.0. Gratz. And Daniel has maintained his 4 4.0s. Gratz too. Hopefully i can do as well next year. =)

Day 2 is in 4 hours. Hopefully i can get some 4.0s from here.

Feeling much better after having super-glued both my cubes. I think this teaches me a lesson to take better care of my property. Mm.

Gaaahh and also weekends are getting more boring with more sleep and surfing random stuff on the com. I really need to get myself busy with something to do, like choir. Mm.

And also tomorrow is when I get back all my papers. I guess its no use wishing for good results considering that whats done already is done. Just hope i can get a 3.6 for once? Ill be the happiest boy in RI. =). Mm.
